We want you to feel confident and empowered in your TALA gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for sustainability reasons, we aim to minimize carbon emissions by encouraging mindful shopping to reduce return frequency.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original state.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
